We built this system for ourselves because we needed it. It ingests RFP documents, matches them against our capabilities, and gives us a go/no-go recommendation with strengths, weaknesses, and partnership opportunities. For the bids we pursue, it researches positioning, structures the response, and helps draft to the scoring matrix — turning days of work into hours.

Vendor Management System

The Reality:

Property managers juggle dozens of vendor relationships — tracking certifications, comparing past pricing, managing quality. When a job comes up, you’re digging through files and emails to figure out who’s qualified, what they charged last time, and whether the experience was good.

Our Approach:

We built a vendor management system for a Hilo property management company that puts everything in one place. Vendors upload and maintain their certifications, the system tracks work history and pricing, and when it’s time for new work, an RFP is generated automatically. Both vendors and PMs get alerts when certifications are expiring.
